What does it cost?
From R3 500 a month for up to five people, plus a once-off setup fee. Every plan includes the entire system, so the only thing that moves the price is how many of your own staff log in. The whole price list is published on our pricing page. You do not have to speak to anyone to see it.
What is it, in one sentence?
One system that holds your jobs, your machines or fleet, your customers, your paperwork and your reporting, set up around the way your business already runs and branded as yours.
How long until we are actually using it?
Weeks, not months. The system already exists, so nobody is building it from scratch. We learn how you work, configure it around that, move your data across, brand it, train your office and your field teams, then go live.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month, thirty days notice, no reason needed. If you prepay a year you get two months free, but that is your choice and not a condition.
Do we own the software?
No, and that is deliberate. You license a system we own, run and keep improving, which is why it costs a monthly figure instead of a six figure project and why you are live in weeks. Your data is a different matter: that is yours at all times and you can export it whenever you want, including on the way out.
Can it work the way we already do things?
That is the whole point. Your record types, your job types, your stages, your checklists, your approvals, your words for things. If you call it a unit it says unit. We set it up around your process rather than asking your team to change theirs.
What happens to everything in our spreadsheets?
We move it across during setup. Your machines or fleet, your customers, your open jobs. You check it before anything goes live, and the spreadsheets stay exactly where they are until you are happy.
Will our guys in the field actually use it?
That is the real question, and it is why the phone version is the same system rather than a stripped-down companion app. Checklists, photos and sign-offs are built for someone standing in a yard with gloves on. If a field tool is slower than a WhatsApp message, it does not get used, so we do not build it that way.
Does it replace our accounting system?
No. Your Pastel, Sage or Xero stays where it is. We handle the operational half you have never had a system for, and hand the numbers over cleanly. We also do not do payroll or clocking, and we never hold card or banking details.
What if we grow past our plan?
We have a conversation about moving you up. You will never open a surprise invoice for going over a limit. There are no overage bills on any plan, ever.
Is our data safe?
It sits on managed infrastructure with proper isolation between businesses, backed up, with a full audit trail of who did what and when. We keep only what the job needs, in line with POPIA, and we deliberately stay away from card, banking, medical and payroll data.
What if we are not the right fit?
We will tell you on the first call rather than six weeks in. If you are two people and a van, or you want software you will own outright, or your business runs on sensitive personal data, we are honestly not the right answer and we will say so.
Do you work with businesses outside Pretoria?
Yes. We are based in Pretoria and work with operations across South Africa. Setup and training run remotely, and for local clients we come out when it helps.
