What happens after I send this?

A person reads it, not a robot. We come back to set up a demo of about thirty minutes, with your own machines, jobs or vehicles loaded into it so you are looking at your business rather than a generic sample. If you would rather not wait, pick a time yourself on the calendar further down this page.

Is the demo really free?

Yes, and there is no catch. You are not committing to anything by looking at it, and if we do not think we are the right fit we will say so on the call rather than sell you something.

Do I need to know what I want before we talk?

No. Most people arrive with a problem, not a specification. Bring the thing that is costing you time or money and we will show you how the system handles it.

Why do you ask how many people will use it?

Because that is the only thing our price depends on. Every plan includes the whole system, so the number of your staff who log in is what puts you on one plan rather than another. It is not a sales tactic, it is literally the price.

What does it cost?

From R3 500 a month, plus a once-off setup fee. The full price list is published on our pricing page, with no call needed to see it. There is no lock-in and no minimum term.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. It runs month to month with thirty days notice. We would rather earn it every month than trap you in a year.

Will it replace my accounting system?

No, and deliberately so. Your Pastel, Sage or Xero stays exactly where it is. We handle the operational half you have never had a system for.
